Immutable Law of Speed #21
Leading with joy from start to finish infuses those following with the joy of speed.

— From my new book, Lead With Speed

In the midst of social distancing, sitting tight with my family, and with all my near term travel converted to virtual venues, the release date of Lead With Speed is still drawing near.

The book is getting great early reviews with many people telling me how much value is packed into its pages.

I know that one of the keys to leading with speed is having fun while doing so. On challenging projects and projects in general, people would much rather work on teams where the leader is exemplifying the joy of doing excellent work and is passing that joy on to others.

It was a joy for me to write this book. Now I would like to share the fun with you.

I am very excited to offer bonus gifts to those who pre-order Lead With Speed.

If you order before May 7th, you will receive free admission to a special webinar “The Mindset for Leading with Speed.” Our focus will be on how to achieve self-mastery of the mindset of speed with special emphasis on “what you can do right now.”

Those in the USA who pre-order and also share details about Lead With Speed with their social network will receive a free Lead With Speed t-shirt along with a couple of other bonus items.

Those who pre-order 50 or more copies and spread the word about the book will receive even more bonus items.

How can you win today? See the details on my website’s offer page.

If you have questions, please email me at [email protected]

Wishing you and yours joy in the work you do and safe passage through this challenging time.

They find it hard to believe that is possible to deliver defect-free software to customers.  And I am telling them our goal is to deliver near defect-free software to test. I am also working to help them understand that doing work in this was does not sacrifice speed. It is actually faster.

Do You Need a Win?

A client wrote to me recently with a note that said simply “I need a win.” Have you been there, where it feels like you have faced a sudden losing streak and quite simply there is a need for a win? I have. I expect Elon Musk is looking for one with Tesla.

The Reader’s Edge
