“The bond that links your true family is not one of blood, but of respect and joy in each other’s life.” — Richard Bach
I am always amazed about how busy this time of year is!
There is a rush to finish the business year well. At the same time, there is an emphasis on family togetherness and taking stock of personal achievements.
It can be difficult to find time to focus on joy.
During this rush, I find exceptional leaders remember that their emphasis at the turn of the year should be on enriching and building upon positive relationships.
I find that focus the most rewarding.
Look for smiles. Share your own.
Yours in the calm pursuit of excellence,
